Maintenance Agreements

We are now offering a maintenance scheduling service to simplify the operation and upkeep of your sprinkler system. It doesn’t cost you a dime more to secure your desired times for essential maintenance. Spring start Ups, Checkups, & Winter Shutdowns and Winterizations can be guaranteed for specific weeks in the most advantageous times for your particular landscape. Cancel at any time, there’s no worries and no hassles to our system!

COST: You pay for the scheduled maintenance services you desire at the time that we draw up an agreement. No additional costs, just one check takes care of your yearly services.

BENEFITS: Guaranteed scheduling in the week you desire. 30 day billing for any repairs. No worries!

SERVICES:

  SPRING START UP:  (Tune Up + Inspection) $70 up to 7 zones, $10 per additional zones. We run your system zone by zone, adjusting the heads and spray patterns for optimal performance. This gives us a chance to see the system in action and make sensible recommendations for any deficiencies. We also check the timer for appropriate settings. We will not perform any additional work or repairs without your consent.

 MIDSEASON or MONTHLY CHECKUP: Same as our Spring Start Up, for larger properties that need a midseason or monthly checkup to insure proper performance. Same pricing.

 WINTER SHUTDOWN: $ 65 We drain as much water as possible from the lines, shut off the timer and the water supply. For most properties in the Upstate, freeze damage isn’t much of a problem, and a simple shutdown is all that’s required.

 WINTERIZATION: $95  Full system blowout using compressed air. A hose bibb connection on the main line is required for this service, we can install one if there isn’t one present. All water is evacuated from pipes, timer and water source are shut off.
